Refund Policy
No refunds are available for event tickets unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. This includes refunds on ‘unused’ tickets where delegates fail to attend an event. Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
All applications for refunds must be accompanied by an attachment of the original payment receipt. If payment has been made online, please provide a copy of the payment code and details from WorldPay.
No refunds are available for membership of the Water Innovation Network.
Due to their nature, no refunds are available for all categories of advertising and sponsorship.
Subscription Services
We offer a free newsletter subscription service which you can opt out of at any time by emailing info@waterinnovation.net
Annual Subscriptions to the Water Innovation Network will be re-billed automatically on an annual basis. If you wish to cancel your membership, please call 01733 311644 or email info@waterinnovation.net no later than 90 days before the next payment is due to be taken.
